Abbeville finishing up

Here it is the abbeville with some color and material its for the most part done structure wise but still needs some material changes. Winding up the internship have been doing all sorts of odds and ends. This friday is my last day. We went on site monday and tuesday we did some work here with the 3d models and with some stuff for CV1. We are supposed to go on site today and then have a meeting at 1 with a home owner. We just found out that the house has to be flipped that it was opposite of what it should have been so I had to spend the morning fixing the plans and electrical work to show how it would really look. Going to be a busy few days before I leave. I think I will miss it a lot!

Abbeville Update

Here is the Abbeville thus far I just made the columns and will be adding them today to the lower patio area. I also have to fix the roof and window on the roof b/c its not meeting up the way it should. But the Abbeville is pretty easy as a whole. I also need to make the railings for the the front steps. Then I will be done with the basic structure. I will then need to add materials and textures as well as landscaping. This home has been a lot easier then the Montgomery to build. Plus I have been building the windows, doors, and columns on the side and then putting them in and this seems to work a lot better and allows me to push pull and model on the side and then copy and paste as needed.

Boiler Room is up and running!

The Boiler Room is Done! They had there soft opening on Aug 1st and it was a hit we all had a great time! The had there real opening yesterday Thursday the 6Th. I wasn't able to go but they filled the place with tables, chairs, games, and alcohol. So I'm sure it was a big hit. The nice thing about the bar is it's location it is in walking distance to all of the other bars downtown. Overall it was a really great project to work on and a lot of fun! I hope that when I get out and work in the field i will be able to do similar projects.
