Last Two Days 27/28

Yesterday I was able to work on CAD drawings For the Montgomery single family homes. I took the sets of plans and went through and made layers for the different aspects of the plan IE. electrical, dimensions, text, etc. That carried into this morning and then we took a trip out to Stone Gables luxury villas. We walked several homes to see what needed to be updated and fixed and then came back. I then created a sheet of Realtors for the company and put there information into a spread sheet so that they can be used. This is something new that they are doing. It was all a good experience.

Day One... Off and running

First day of the internship was very eventful. I worked on a flyer for the flats behind the office and took pictures of the two story home. Was really great space about 1,500 sq ft or so with beautiful exposed brick walls. After reworking the new flyer we went to Elon to look at the new homes that were being built and figure out some details for the new model home. When we got back I was able to design a new window front for the new materials of the month. Very busy....
